1. The certificate testifying to the character of the candidate should be from a person not related to the candidate and being a District Magistrate, a Chief Presidency Magistrate or the/Chief Administrative Officer of the District where the candidate usually resides, or from any other person whom the Registrar may consider fit.
2. Either original diplomas, certificates and other documents in support of qualifications claimed or copes thereof duly attested by a Magistrate, a Notary public or a G. P. must be sent, with application
Particulars such as the amount of experience in a trade marks agent’s office or with a commercial firm of repute, may be specified.
